RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Ace of Posters, every poster is packed with care. We know choosing wall art online can be personal — if something is not right, this policy explains when returns and exchanges are possible.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns under the following conditions:

• The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
• All original packaging, including tags, boxes, and protective materials, must be intact
• The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, certain items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used custom posters, unless defective or not as described
• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers, when stated at checkout
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
• Gift cards or complimentary items

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to ensure you find something that feels just right.

• Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Applicable only for products that meet return eligibility criteria
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• In case the desired product is unavailable, store credit will be issued

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
2. Our team will guide you through the approval process
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection
• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging
• Our team will prioritise resolution, including replacement or refund

Important Notes

• Ace of Posters reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the stated conditions
• Slight variations in printed color due to screen/print differences are not defects unless print quality is clearly compromised
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified
